start your exciting career as A video & graphic designer

Apart from being creative and comfortable using the Adobe design programs, we need a bit more from you in order for this to work. You are independent and know when to ask for help and when to search for the answer yourself.

You are comfortable reading instructions, checking your own work against instructions and writing specific questions when you are stuck. You report back regularly to find out if you are on the right track. You are good with new technology and do not need to have a boss watching over your shoulder in order to get on with it.

You will work in the design department, under direct supervision of our head designer. Your job is to assign a design task that is requested by other departments to yourself, use your designing skills and our guidelines and create the design element. In the process you will be supported by our creative director. After you have created the material, just let the person in charge know and your job is done.

The thing I liked most about my internship is that learned so many important things that any designer should know, which I really appreciate. I believe that when I started the internship I was less than average but so far I have learned very much.

Imene Rossikade, graphic design apprentice

I would describe the INKFISH company culture as good for learning new skills. What I liked most, is the improvement of my communication skills.

Chante Goosen, design apprentice

I worked at Inkfish a while back as an apprentice (mostly). I know it’s been ages, but I’d like to say that in my experience thus far since departing from Inkfish, your advice and teachings have helped me. Inkfish was my first ever experience in the field, and I realize now I had so much to learn then, and you put in so much effort to teach me. So here are my long-awaited thanks for the experience and all of the advice. I hope you are well, and I hope Inkfish has been doing well.
